Depressed man...
the thought of school starting in 1half months time. 17aug is nearing!
My internship ending 7 aug. kinda get used to the office hours life...because for last sem all my classes at school started at 12pm.
Life at card centre has been busy... but quite challenging.. because customer service means must anwer queries/explain credit cards/settle 'difficult' customers. And i made mistakes along the way.. trivial one, less trivial one and as serious as changing wrongly customers' billing address such that i had to spend 3 hours manually typing out the billing statement! Another one was doing cash advance twice when only required once! Really learn alot of things.. and everyday is a learningjourney for me. I guess work is like this, being able to adapt to the environment and be alert and flexible in dealing with everyday stuffs. Difficulties and mistakes may crop up along the way, but have to be responsible to rectify mistakes, only then u will remember and never to commit it again. This is probably why people say that studying is better.. work comprises of much more challenges.. of course EQ places a very high impotance at the workplace. This is what we cannot learn through books. Somehow i feel that school trains us to be tough.. maybe those soft skills modules which we took in year one, and which we always grumble waste of time might help...Nonetheless let 17 aug comes and i may learn to appreciate school more.. knowing that i'll leave 2 years later and work throughout my entire life.
I must admit that one of the reason why i love my current work lifestyle is due to the fact that i have so much time with hubby. See him almost entire half of the week.. meet like everyother day. My love life is blissful. Family life also not bad. have more time with dad.. Hope school life will be good in a way that i have time for my loved ones!

Fathers Day 2009 was a great one. It has been a LONG LONG LONG time since my family as the 5 of us have a meal together.. we seldom eat together.. or we never eat together. always missing out dad or mum either one. ok yupp anyway.. sunday was simple. The 3 of us attended another evening mass at St Michael's church.. acompanying our parents. The organist was super fantastic so we enjoyed the mass. After that we went back to heartland to have dinner at xin wang! dad's first time at xin wang also.. heeeeehee.
Today, without dad, the four of us met and went shopping together.:) sweet... ages since the gals meet up. I went centrepoint to find them after work.
Tmr, is baby's day.

After work took train to dhoby ghaut.. walked to st joseph church to attend a wake.. my dad's friend's mum, someone i know.. strange feeling as i stand alone in front of her altar to pray silently.. usually i don mind taking a look at the coffin but today i didnt..
i hope this day never comes..

Our first time at marina barrage! The night view was simply beautiful.. we kept cam-whoring, till a guy came forward and voluntered to take picture for us.. even ask if we're gonna get married soon.. lol! Before that shopping at bugis. i bought a pretty top and a formal skirt.:)
Anyway.. im now on a facial mask..while waiting for lydia to practice finish.. then my turn.. 2 masses tmr on corpus christi. helping mark's choir again.. gonna be stressed. This conductor has high standards. need to iron the choir again again.. who can help me??....

Work work work:) think is better than mugging? Always a sense of satisfacrion when im able to solve problems. Anyway talking about work, yesterday 10jun marks hubby's one year of 'anniversary' with IBM. officially a full fledge regular- IT securityexpert. good with computers.. unlike me.. dun like IT. lol.
Really don wish to start school alr... happily working.. getting paid.. :)

Friday 5 jun was Corlis' birthday! Had a very evening birthday party, with her family members preparing the food etc.. one of my best buddy in srjc. Friday was also my payday. Had 'company lunch' whereby one of the senior staff ordered pizza and kfc for everyone in office. so in the end i used my hour lunch break to shop near chevron house=)
Had a nice weekend. Sat shopping again with baby at vivo/harborfront centre then our dinner at subway sentosa and beach. Sun today dinner with mum and twin.
I wish that school never start. Hope 17 aug doesnt come soon! Let time stop at 16 aug.=)

Life had been rather busy for the past week.. had been spending alot of time with baby hubby especially since he got his car. Able to meet up more often since im no longer studying now.. so my nights are free from project meetings and self revision.
Pay to study and yet no time for relaxation.. in contrast my current life allows me to earn $$ yet somehow has more time for relaxation. Though work is alot at office. as long as i leave office at ard 6plus to 7, i feel i have the time of my own.. tv time, family time, hubby time etc..
Last sun was good.. went to Asian civilisation museum for the kangxi emperor exhibits thingy, tog with baby, my sisters as well as baby's cousin s family of 3. The queing was damn freaking long, which took us abt 2 hours and last than 45 mins of viewing the exhibits. Notheless still had a fruitful time cos of the ppl around me.
