Hmm.. so sad.. Ganga passed away..the pair of twins who were separated 8 years ago in singapore. i remembered i followed the news closely. what if my twin one day died on me?? oh no i'll be super devastated! wanna die together..

Just returned from TTSH. dad saw stoma nurse. waited more than 1.5 hours. so bored! Anyways, on the happier side, tmr is his last day of radiotherapy. Some nurses were teasing him, saying, sorry arh.. tmr graduated but no certificate hor! very hilarious joke. Hope to see the doc that i wanna see tmr.. so that can thank him personally. Yay! and no more kopitiam food.

Venture era.. i haven talk to my dad yet. For me to join the company i need parental consent form since im below 21.

St Anne's feastday! super crowded in church cos of the food and fun-fair. had 30dollars worth of coupons to spend. so lynette n i ended up having a big feast for lunch. prawn noodle, pizza, chicken, mash potato, swensen's ice-cream, fresh orange juice...

A busy week has passed. Last weekend had a birthday celebration organised by my sis' wonderful boyfriend who gave us a surprise at minds cafe with our jc friends. Ivory keys' very own myriad concert. My friends played fantastically well. This week was also busy though, had a 'stressful' lunch with the econs faculty profs at cathay restaurant.. which was so formal. And i was honored to sit beside dean prof.. who was very warm. told us many stories. That gave me a feeling that i m taking finishing touch. a module where we learn etiquette in restaurant. think i was the only one who saw the bill unintensionally. The event really gave me a chance to know some admin staff of sch of econs.

Venture era.. i went for a day of basic training. many thoughts.. but see how things go.

Novena for upcoming st anne's feastdaythis sun. my choir in-charge 2 nights, mon n fri. then help vc choir one night- tues. damn stressful. cos their standard different from ours. first time play piano using the clavi. i m so brave but quite chui. organ also chui. played wrongly here and there. today also.. though people claim not obvious.

Now tired. cos went to wash cars at buona vista. Under starring smu. tmr 3 facis not coming.. so i'll be taking charge...

Bird feather will be happy? next thurs radiotherapy last session. no need to lunch at kopitiam everyday anymore. chicken rice uncle, cai fun uncle, jap food guy, ang gu kueh aunty, tao suan aunty, fruit aunties, n mr bean aunties like can memorise my face. haha!! I hope even when sch starts, i can be by his side for every doc appointment. especially chemo which i heard will be quite tough. jiayou!

Wow i woke up nearly 1pm. super tired after the whole week of 6am mornings. FEMES finally ended! $$ aside, this experience was a very meaningful one cos can get to know those admin staff in school and our faculty profs. gained many friendships too..with the other student helpers n another special one, a pretty gal from malaysia who set up a stall selling econs books. I could chat wit her almost anything.. we had so many things to share.. until prof asked how came we could clicked so well!damn embarassing.. Our job was super relaxing on the second and last day since there were no more registration and almost all of them could identify their way. The tough one was bringing them to fairmont hotel. Lunch was provided everyday and yesterday's stamford buffet was so yummy!! And to thank the whole team, from admin staff to student helpers, the dean of sch of econs will be treating lunch next tues.

Oh no my voice is getting bad. Flu bug is here. Im doing a 3 day job as a student helper for an econs event- FEMES which stands for Far eastern and south asian meeting of econometrics society. 7.30am -6.30pm. Today was quite slack though, merely did some urshering and admin. direct them around school n to raffles hotel Profs from all over the world.. how come economists are mainly guys de......ladies lehz.?



Anyway, today suppose to have starring smu. where my group goes around singapore to collect racial harmony pledges. I didnt go so someone say im a pan tu. haha! Im happy to know that my freshie is alright as she turned up today. An accident case yesterday, she knocked herself at the sharp edge of the huge steps at the staircase at t-junction while playing..n her head bled. This was during the break we had after the samba dance session. I got a shock.. was doing my stuff n when i raise up my head i saw some drops of blood on the stirs. luckily clinic is just in front.. n she was sent to gh for stitches. As her faci i felt guilty for having such thing to happen. Safety is really important, no matter what we are doing.

A bad day because i woke up early in the morning with sore throat. haiz sianz. then i dragged myself to church. cant talk. I felt so 'jelly' when pressing every keys on the organ. After mass, i skipped choir practice, wonderful bird feather fetched me to see the same usual family doctor. He gave me around 4 packets of medicine.. or 5.. When i reached home i started my sleeping spree. I almost slept through the whole afternoon. slept / stoned on bed.. from 1130-6pm. Well, but luckily i saw the doctor cos i could talk now! Thanks to those freaky antibiotics.

I really enjoyed myself (as a faci) during the team-bonding session yesterday , the first day of starring smu. was assigned 10 freshies, and together with 3 friends, we have 4 of us managing the team. Morning was some indoor games followed by amazing race at fort canning park. The whole event ended at 7pm so can imagine by the time i reached home was just a piece of tired meat. hahaz i love my freshies!!

walao. went to check BOSS results. i was refunded of my 0nline e-dollars for 2 classes: ethics n finishing touch. And i really want the friday slot for FT.... so no choice.. i bid for the monday one. I got music!! class is on wed from 7-1015pm.

I adjusted my timetable once again. thanks to seniors out there i met today at starring smu. To avoid 2 papers on fri, i removed management sc n replaced with a non-exam mod: music:east n west. but have to put high bid price cos there s only one class. wed night 7-1015PM leh. means i cant go for fides. seniors also say ethics n social responsibity can do in year 2. that s great.
I quitted my 2nd cca ivory keys so that i can spend more time on studies. im going for the maximum no of mods this sem. Instead of 4 last 2 sems, i m doing 5.5 cu. Last time i used to think i must take my own sweet time... can graduate 4 years plus also alright. But times are different now. My aim is just to graduate asap. so can find job give father good life. ma also la..
Just whack... 5.5 mods... here i come!!

Levin's matter finally over. Yesterday went for his funeral mass at st joseph church. fides members formed a choir sing for him. since we didnt know him, i didnt have e courage to step into his wake n pay respects. anyway.. ya mass was very very crowded. smu catered 8 buses to fetch ppl to mandai.

Hard work hard work. thanks to my fren nick n my sis lydia. one tells me international econs b cannot do yet cos must do macro ec first. then one helped me checked and realised ethics n social responsibility is a year 3/4 smodule. im gg mad really soonie...
so now planning again. marketing? finance? rahhhhhhhh.

Sucks. Now i understand 100% what is meant by cost-benefit analysis. have been spending like 2 hours or so selecting modules and planning the timeable for next sem. The time slots is one thing, but exam schedule is yet another thing. I really hate to have 2 papers on one day.

Frustrated.

Life has been so monotonous that i didnt even remeber to blog. Sad news as all of us have read the news on the sailing incident. Though i dont know Levin personally, i do remember being in the same class as him for one of the modules.. Haiz life is so unexpected.

That aside. All i've been doing for the past 2 weeks were quite routine. Daddy Bird Feather has gone through 2 weeks of radiotherapy. Everday from mon to fri, at 1150am. But early birds like us tend to reach at 1130, so he is always called in earlier. After that we'll bring him kopitiam n da bao lunch for everybody. So far little side effects have started to surface. but all in all strong little birdie is strong. heheee and we made friends with the nurses n a doc at the radiotherapy centre, since they see us everyday.

Of course not to forgot the ladies' favourite hobby. shopping. Gss updates, twin n i bought a few tops each. all below 20 dollars. so we dun really spent that much compared to last year. Shopping kills time.

Starring smu started today. with a faci info session. And a choir lunch today, opp novena church before selling our feast day tickets.
