I wasnt happy at all today at the wedding mass. music wise not a problem, think he's ok with my playing today. 'Hi-he sang and i played-bye. 'seemed like a simple 3- step experience. met and part amicably but in the middle i was having a hard time. our president too i guess. first time saw a facade of myself, where though u really dislike someone, u still act professionally. after all we wont meet again after he finish his and i finish mine. so who cares? but who knows i'm going to face such people at the workplace next time?
well on hindsight, he might be paid to sing today, so who doesnt want to perfect their piece? If not i wont even bother to prac it last nite and sacrifice my 2h of tv! DEfinitely i'm not paid. but even if one day i become so professional that ppl pay me to play for their wedding, rest assure i will always remember what is humility. out there there are choirs who have people who can sing really well, and there are also choirs who have weak voices. However one should always know that the purpose is still the same: to serve.
