First day of school. Had technology and world change at 12pm. prof, Dr Ted Tschang is a nice and humble person. I somehow enjoy his lesson today, but there were many things i didnt understand. lots of cheem things la.. partly never do our readings becuz it was the first seminar. gotta write our names on a card and place it in front of us. for class participation. which i never speak today. formed project grp also.. no wonder ppl say smu got lots of projects..hmm.
ok.. after the 3 hour seminar, had to take brisk walk..really walk very fast through the cold basement concourse for like 10mins to reach school of econs for my acad writing class. I was shivering while walking cos the air-con was darn strong. I dun like acad writing class! have to submit 2 essays.. very long ones, about 3-5 pages.. and..the worst is yet to come. cos the final 'product' is actually the research paper. We have to come up with our own topic, then produce a 10 page research-based report. lol.. My classmates are all very nice. The gal who sits next to me is 25, and she is an air stewardess. very tall and pretty. should be the cream of crop of SIA bah. haha.
