A fun trip to nus today! with the accompany of chunyan and esther. We met around 10 plus at habourfront mrt then took 97. The journey was short, compared to how i used to go there: mrt to buona vista then 95. We attended a short talk about japanese studies. the lecturer was telling us alot about jap cuisines. yup not bad la, cos they treated us to some bread and drinks. After which we went for this sociology tutorial. The topic is about dating. Quite lame to me.. cos we were given 4 guys and 4 gals, with their profile included. then we're supposed to pair them up together, by providing reasons. most of us looked at religion and race as the main criteria. But however, some mentioned height. true right? actually it does matter to a certain extent. Then i attended the academic talk for psychology and econs. The econs prof was interesting.. he created something like an auction to bid for an item.. through it we understood more about marginal benefit etc.. Follow up was social work.. i spoke to 2 seniors about that.. yup that's about the trip to nus. my last time going there. cos ntu then is my place!
